Selected materiality seeks to respect the characteristics of the environment and invites calm.
The neutral, warm colors and wood finishes blend with the bathroom finishes, which attempt to represent the different shades left by the tide in pieces of the same format to ensure uniformity in the spaces.
Energy reform that improves both the facilities and the envelope of the home
One of the main objectives of the project is to improve energy efficiency. To achieve this, various processes are being implemented, such as increasing insulation throughout the entire building, replacing all windows, and installing a new aerothermal air conditioning system, which uses the energy from the outside air to generate heating, cooling, and domestic hot water.
