A place that offered great potential

Our work focuses on converting a completely open-plan former retail space into a welcoming and functional clinic. During the initial visit, factors such as natural lighting and the two entrances, which form the main axis of the visit, stood out.

At the studio, in addition to constructively developing this project, we assisted in managing all the necessary documentation, both municipal and health-related, thereby streamlining the entire opening process.

Fast and adaptable construction

A dry-build construction system was chosen to ensure quick installation and adaptable spaces, which is important when complying with current regulations for this type of premises.
