The patio acts as a link between the house, as a passageway and a place of rest.
The geometry of the plot requires a main axis to distribute the different rooms. To avoid the slenderness of the layout, the exterior space comes into play. In addition to providing light and ventilation, it connects different interior spaces with the exterior, providing a private leisure and gathering area within the plot where one can enjoy the fresh air.
La vivienda se desarrolla en una única planta, organizada en dos áreas claramente diferenciadas
La zona de día, formada por un gran espacio abierto compuesto por salón, comedor y cocina, aparece claramente separada de la zona de noche, que alberga dos dormitorios dobles y un dormitorio en suite con vestidor. De esa forma aparecen claramente separadas las estancias más públicas de las privadas.
